NOTE: Photo orders intended for 2026 awards collateral must be PLACED and shoots must COMPLETED no later than 12.18.26.

  • INCLUDES

    • 10-minute consultation via Google Meet

    • 25-minute photo session

    • You pick 1 location around the Midtown Office.

    • Basic photo editing of your 7 favorite shots.

    • Additional edited photos can be purchased for $25 a piece

    • Heavy editing is available at an additional hourly charge.

  • DELIVERABLES

    • Sneak peek online gallery: You choose your favorites for editing!

    • Final online gallery with high-resolution PNG files of 7 edited shots.

    Please note: the "team" photo option applies to a collective photo of the team. It does not include individual headshots of each team member.

Orders/service offerings are limited to licensed associates of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS.

Swag Shop Orders: Orders will be processed within 2 business days and may be picked up from the Midtown Office front desk.
Please wait for an email letting you know the order has been processed and is ready for pick-up.

Design Services: Our delivery times for final designs depends on the scope of the project and your response to our communications.
We promise to send a design kick-off email to initiate the process with you within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your final design approval, the design files/deliverables will be sent via email promptly.
Rush projects (designs needed in less than 7 business days) will incur a rush fee of 25% of the project design cost.

Subscription Services: Subscription access will begin within the week the order is placed.
