REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of orders may be made in writing via email. For products that require full payment upon ordering, the payment is fully refundable if the agent notifies marc/CDJ Marketing before work on the project begins. A refund will only be sent to the original payment method. If a client no longer has access to that payment method, they will need to contact the institution of the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.


Refunds/Returns are not available on customized designs that have been delivered/posted. We promise you will love what we create for you! 


MARC Dollars

Agents who are issued MARC Dollars may use them as payment for services on the MARC storefront only. MARC Dollars expire after one year of issuance and are not transferable to other associates/agents/employees. MARC Dollars are void if the agent leaves CDJ.

If an agent pays for services on the MARC site using MARC Dollars and the agent requests a refund, we will issue a credit for the amount back to the client’s MARC Dollars balance.

Services, prices and turnaround time are subject to change as the platform continues to adapt to the needs of our associates.

Our delivery times for final designs depends on the scope of the project and your response to our communications. We promise to send a design kick-off email to initiate the process with you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once we receive your final design approval, the design files/deliverables will be sent via email promptly. Subscription access will begin within the week the order is placed.
