Each kit contains an XL postcard, a double-sided cardstock flyer and a saddle-stitched 8-page property brochure, all beautifully assembled in a white linen, branded pocket folder with a slot for your business card.
These pieces have been designed with a generic agent headshot, name and contact information, as well as a gorgeous illustrative listing. These LC Sample Kits are available for purchase for $10, each – our cost to produce them.
Each kit contains (1) folder with (1) booklet, (1) XL postcard and (1) double-sided flyer. Purchases will be available for pickup from the Midtown front desk once you receive an “order is ready” email.

Exchanges are available for apparel items within 5 days of fulfillment. Items must be unused for exchange. No refunds are permitted.
